I agree that I will use this dwelling for private residential purposes only and for no other purpose. I agree that I am responsible for leaving the house clean and tidy and ready for the next tenant and that I will either replace breakages or pay them at prices listed in the house.

I agree that no responsibility is accepted by the landlords for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst I am on the premises, or whilst engaged in any activity therefrom, or from any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.

In the event of cancellation, I will lose my deposit unless a substitute tenant is found. If less than six weeks' notice of cancellation is given, I am responsible for the period of reserved tenancy (extra consideration will be taken into account if illness or bereavement is the cause of cancellation).
