Torlundy Farm is an organic farm in the Western Highlands of Scotland. We are located about 3 miles North East of Fort William which, together with the Lochaber area, was recently designated the Official Outdoor Capital of the UK. The peaceful location of our country cottages enjoys superb views of Ben Nevis and surrounding mountains and we are very close to the Nevis Range Skiing Area at Anoach Mor. Great Glen Chalets - 8 two bedroomed self catering holiday chalets set in a natural
wooded area, each providing accommodation for 4/5 people
Lone Pine Lodge - set on its own in an elevated
position overlooking the farm. This 3 bedroomed log house provides holiday
accommodation for up to 7 people
Nevis Lodge - Superb new architects designed
ecolodge set amongst woodland with spectacular views of Ben Nevis from
its full length windows. 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people.
The Farm is 500 acres of hill and river flats bounded to the north by the river Lochy. We have a small Highland fold of 13 cows and calves, 150 Cheviot x Llwyn ewes and a Highland pony stud + various sports horses. There is usually home grown beef and lamb for salefrom our deepfreeze and paintings from a small art gallery. Activities on the farm include: farm walks, fly fishing on our 3 stocked lochs (rods and instruction available) and riding for the experienced rider.
